Ingredients
(Serves 1)
• 1 oz gin (London dry or floral gin works best)
• ¾ oz London Fog Chai concentrate
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• ¼–½ oz simple syrup (to taste)
• 2–3 oz chilled sparkling wine (Prosecco, Cava, or Champagne)
Garnish
• Lemon twist or wheel
• Optional: edible flower or dried lavender sprig
Instructions
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add gin, London Fog Chai concentrate, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until very cold.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe, flute, or wine glass.
5. Slowly top with sparkling wine.
6. Give one gentle stir if needed.
Garnish
Express lemon peel oils over the top and place on rim or float inside glass.
Optional: add a tiny edible flower or lavender sprig for café-brunch presentation.
