Ingredients

• 1½ oz dark rum
• ¾ oz Grizzly Chai concentrate
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½–1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
• 3–4 oz hot water
• Lemon wheel or peel for garnish
Instructions
1. Add the Grizzly Chai concentrate, lemon juice, and honey (if using) to a heatproof mug.
2. Pour in the dark rum and hot water.
3. Stir gently until combined and steaming.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel or expressed peel.
Tip
For a deeper, smokier profile, substitute part of the hot water with hot black tea or use a dark, molasses-forward rum.
