Ingredients
• 1½ oz bourbon or rye whiskey
• 1 oz Authentic Chai concentrate
• ½ oz simple syrup or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
• Orange peel
• Ice
Instructions
1. Add the chai concentrate and simple syrup (if using) to a rocks glass.
2. Add a large ice cube and pour in the bourbon.
3. Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until chilled and well-balanced.
4. Add the oils from an orange peel over the glass, then drop it in as a garnish.
