Ingredients

Iced Latte Base
• ½ cup Dirty Chai concentrate
• ½ cup milk (whole, oat, or almond)
• Ice
Salted Toffee Cream
• ¼ cup cold cream or oat barista cream
• 1 tbsp toffee sauce
• Tiny pinch flaky salt
• Toffee drizzle
• Optional garnish: crushed toffee bits or shaved dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Build the Iced Latte
2. Fill a glass with ice.
3. Pour in the Dirty Chai concentrate.
4. Add milk and stir gently to combine.
Make the Salted Toffee Cream
1. In a frother cup or jar, combine cream, toffee sauce, and pinch salt.
2. Froth or shake until thick, silky, and pourable.
Assemble
1. Slowly pour or spoon the toffee cream over the iced Dirty Chai.
2. Finish with a light toffee drizzle across the top.
Tip
For a layered café look, pour milk slowly over the back of a spoon before adding foam so the chai sits darker at the bottom.
