Ingredients
(Serves 1)
• ⅓ cup Oolong Chai concentrate
• ⅔ cup almond milk
• Ice
• Maple Cold Foam
• ¼ cup cold cream or almond barista creamer
• 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup
• Maple syrup drizzle
• Optional garnish: light cinnamon dust or toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour in the Oolong Chai concentrate.
3. Add almond milk and stir gently to combine.
Make the Maple Cold Foam
1. In a frother cup, jar, or shaker, combine cold cream (or almond creamer) and maple syrup.
2. Froth or shake vigorously until thick, silky, and pourable.
3. Gently pour or spoon the maple cold foam over the iced latte.
4. Finish with a light maple syrup drizzle across the top of the foam.
Tip
For a layered café presentation, slowly pour the almond milk over the back of a spoon before adding foam to keep the chai visually distinct at the bottom of the glass.
