Ingredients
Latte Base
⅓ cup Grizzly Chai concentrate
⅔ cup oat milk
Smoked Maple Cold Foam
• ¼ cup cold cream (or barista oat cream for dairy-free)
• 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup
• Tiny pinch of smoked sea salt or micro drop liquid smoke
Garnish: 1 large marshmallow (or 2 mini)
Optional: maple sugar dust or cinnamon dust
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, heat the Grizzly Chai concentrate over medium-low until warm and aromatic.
2. Add oat milk and continue heating until hot but not boiling.
3. Pour into a mug, leaving about 1–2 cm space at the top for foam.
Make the Smoked Maple Cold Foam
1. In a frother cup, jar, or shaker, combine cold cream, maple syrup, and smoked sea salt (or tiny drop liquid smoke).
2. Froth or shake vigorously until thick, glossy, and pourable.
3. Gently spoon or pour the foam over the latte.
Garnish
1. Place a marshmallow on a skewer or hold it with tongs.
2. Torch until golden and lightly charred.
3. Place directly on top of the foam or rest on the rim of the mug.
Tip
For an iced version, shake Grizzly Chai concentrate + oat milk with ice, pour into a glass, then float smoked maple cold foam on top and garnish with a torched marshmallow skewer for a dramatic café presentation.
