Ingredients
• ½ cup Authentic Chai concentrate
• ½ cup milk or oat milk
• 1–2 tsp molasses or dark brown sugar syrup
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Optional: whipped cream or milk foam, extra spice for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine the chai concentrate, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat gently over medium-low until warm and fragrant.
2. Add the milk and continue heating until hot but not boiling.
3. Pour into a mug and top with foam or whipped cream if desired.
4. Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg.
