Gingerbread Authentic Chai Latte

Molasses, warm spice, and milk turn Authentic Chai into a gingerbread-style winter drink.

Ingredients

½ cup Authentic Chai concentrate

½ cup milk or oat milk

1–2 tsp molasses or dark brown sugar syrup

¼ tsp ground ginger

⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

Optional: whipped cream or milk foam, extra spice for garnish

 

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the chai concentrate, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat gently over medium-low until warm and fragrant.

2. Add the milk and continue heating until hot but not boiling.

3. Pour into a mug and top with foam or whipped cream if desired.

4. Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg.
