Ingredients

(Serves 6–8)

Spiced Chai Soak

• 1 cup Spiced Chai concentrate, cooled
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar (optional, to taste)

Mascarpone Cream

• 1 cup mascarpone cheese
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Pinch salt

Assembly

• 20–24 ladyfinger biscuits
Cocoa powder, for dusting
• Optional garnish: shaved dark chocolate or chai spice dust

Instructions

Make the Spiced Chai Soak

1. Pour the cooled Spiced Chai concentrate into a shallow bowl.
2. Stir in maple syrup if you want slightly sweeter soak.

Make the Mascarpone Cream

1. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
3. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until light and fluffy.

Assemble the Tiramisu

1. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the Spiced Chai soak (1–2 seconds per side — do not oversoak).
2. Layer soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish.
3. Spread half the mascarpone cream over the layer.
4. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and remaining cream.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.

Tip

For a more intense chai profile, brush a little extra Spiced Chai concentrate lightly across the top ladyfinger layer before adding the final cream layer.
