Ingredients
(Makes 1 loaf)
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• ½ cup melted butter or neutral oil
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp Grizzly Chai concentrate
• 2 eggs
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a standard loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Whisk in eggs and Grizzly Chai concentrate until fully combined.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined. Fold in walnuts or chocolate if using.
6. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Tip
Brush the warm loaf lightly with maple syrup or chai concentrate mixed with maple syrup for an extra glossy, flavour-boosted finish.
