Ingredients
(Makes ~16 cookies)
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp Authentic Chai concentrate
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
3. Mix in the chai concentrate until fully incorporated.
4. Add flour and salt, mixing just until a dough forms.
5. Roll dough to about ½-inch thickness and cut into shapes, or press into a pan and score.
6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
7. Cool completely before serving.
Tip
Sprinkle with sugar or drizzle with dark chocolate for an elevated finish.
