Ingredients
(Serves 1)
• 1 oz Golden Chai concentrate
• 1½ oz dark or aged rum
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• Ice
• Optional: splash soda water for lighter finish
Instructions
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add the Golden Chai concentrate, rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
3. Shake 15 seconds until chilled.
4. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
5. Top with soda water if desired.

For a party batch, multiply ingredients and serve in a punch bowl with pineapple wedges and lime wheels.
