Participation in the Say When Beverages “Win Free Chai for a Year” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Say When Beverages, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility at any time.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 10 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on April 30 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes:
1. Visit the official giveaway entry page:https://justsaywhen.com/pages/free-chai-for-a-year
2. Complete the entry form with the required information, including a valid email address.
3. Confirm consent to receive marketing communications from Say When Beverages.
Each unique email address submitted equals one (1) entry.
Limit one (1) entry per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries or entries generated by automated means will be disqualified.By entering, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Say When Beverages.
Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time without affecting their eligibility for the Sweepstakes.
Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of:
“Free Chai for a Year,” defined as:
Twelve (12) cases of Say When Chai Concentrate
Each case containing twelve (12) cartons
One (1) case delivered monthly for twelve (12) consecutive months
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $1,440 CAD.
The winner may select their preferred chai concentrate flavors from the products available on the Say When Beverages website at the time of fulfillment.
The first shipment will be sent beginning in May following winner confirmation, with remaining shipments delivered monthly thereafter.Shipping costs will be covered by the Sponsor.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable and non-refundable, with no cash substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The draw will take place on April 30, 2026, following the close of the Sweepstakes.
The selected entrant will be contacted via email using the email address provided at entry.
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
Respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification
Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (required for Canadian residents)
Complete and return any required eligibility or liability release documentation if requested by the Sponsor
If the selected entrant fails to meet these requirements, another eligible entrant may be selected.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control interferes with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
technical errors or website malfunctions
incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants
Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and sending marketing communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
