Ingredients
(Serves 1)
• 1 oz Spiced Chai concentrate
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz fresh espresso (cooled slightly)
• ½ oz coffee liqueur (optional but recommended)
• Ice
• Optional garnish: 3 coffee beans or light cocoa dust
Instructions
1. Add the Spiced Chai concentrate, vodka, espresso, and coffee liqueur (if using) to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled and lightly foamy.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
4. Garnish with coffee beans or cocoa dust.
Tip
For a creamier version, add ¼ oz simple syrup or vanilla syrup and shake slightly longer to build foam.
